The current non-woven fabric industry’s daily gross production value continues to grow at a rate of about 11% to 15%. The last link of the non-woven fabric production line is the slitting of the non-woven fabric, which we call the slitting non-woven fabric operation . This operation link has a great influence on whether the non-woven fabric can smoothly enter the next production line, the quality of non-woven fabric winding and the accuracy of ensuring accuracy. The most important part is the stability of tension control. So how to control the tension of slitting non-woven fabric?
The slitting non-woven fabric is the last link in the non-woven winding machine equipment. In order to meet the winding accuracy of the non-woven roll material, the production process is pursued and the production speed can be changed at any time to prevent unexpected events. Therefore, the tension control needs to be operated as follows: First, adjust the manual mode of the tension controller to the automatic mode, so that the controller runs stably according to the set tension value. The tension controller will automatically execute the set tension value. When the obtained parameter does not match the setting, it will automatically adjust the speed of the non-woven winder to keep pace with the previous equipment. And automatically maintain the stability of the tension of the non-woven fabric coil, ensuring the dynamic accuracy and stability of the coil tension control.
If the coil breaks due to other equipment failures or other reasons, the tension controller detects that the tension disappears quickly, and sends this signal to the PLC, and the inverter immediately resumes operation in synchronization with the main command speed of the netting machine to avoid the loss of tension. The speed of the winder rises too much, causing damage to the equipment and personal safety.
