When the automatic screen coating machine and other automatic screen processing equipment (such as cleaning equipment, regeneration equipment, drying device and developing machine) are operated online, it is more convenient to install the plate from the side.
No matter how the screen is installed, once the screen is in the correct position, the pneumatic clamping device or mechanical clamping device is closed to lock the screen. In order to make the operation more convenient, many models have a foot pedal to control the plate clamping action, and the operator can free up his hands to control the screen plate. After installing the screen, pour the corresponding photosensitive emulsion into the automatic coating machine, and then start coating. According to the functions of the control system and equipment, the equipment can coat both sides of the screen at the same time.
