The tensile sensor measures the FR to calculate the tension value of the web. The tension sensor is made of a special rigid material. The primary and secondary coils of the tension sensor pass correctly through the 4 holes of the sensor. The primary coil is an excitation coil and the secondary coil is an induction coil. Under normal conditions, the secondary coil has no induced voltage. When the horizontal tension T acts on the sensor, the secondary coil induces a corresponding voltage. The direction of the tension changes and the polarity of the voltage generated by the secondary coil also changes.
On the production line of the paper machine, the paper will expand and contract at the place where the glue is applied, and tension control is required to eliminate the influence of the sizing. At the front drying and sizing press section, at the sizing and post-drying sections, the web undulation often occurs at the post-drying section and the calender, and breakage occurs, and tension control is required.
For the control of tension, direct control and indirect control can be used. Direct control is the actual tension value measured by the tension sensor. In the control of the speed of the transmission, the indirect control is to measure the speed of the motor to calculate the tension paper. , according to the size of the difference to control the speed of the motor. The general situation is a combination of indirect control and direct control.
It is controlled by the tension sensor at the initial time, and when it is reached, it is transferred to the indirect tension control.
