Inflatable shaft features:

The disadvantage of the inflation shaft is that the whole shaft is constant tension, and the tension cannot be adjusted. Because the material we wind up will cause different tension of the material of each coil due to uneven thickness, the final result is that the winding material is not tight. First, the end faces are not neat, and waste of raw materials is also wasted manpower and material resources.
Slip axis features:
The slip shaft is mainly divided into two types: central air pressure and side pressure. No matter which one, it has the function of slip ring slip. The slip function is to wind up multiple rolls of material on one shaft at the same time, because the thickness of the material is uneven. Some of the coils are loose, some of the coils are tight, and the tight ones will slip and eliminate the tension to achieve the desired winding effect. The slip axis adjusts the tension by adjusting the air pressure so that the entire shaft is at a stable value. When the material we are winding is too tight, the slip ring will slip with the shaft to achieve an ideal elastic state, and this loose tension is related to the magnitude of the air pressure, and finally to the magnitude of the tension. Nowadays, the slitting machine has a pneumatic system. The pressure tension will increase with the diameter of the coil. Because the larger the coil diameter, the greater the tension required for winding, so many users without this system are By manual adjustment, this requires the starter to have a good summary ability, and then adjust the pressure in the boot process.
