The severe deformation of Dongguan rubber rollers after use is closely related to the initial production process of rubber rollers. Poor production process will cause serious deformation of rubber rollers after use, which greatly affects the service life of rubber rollers. So be sure to pay attention to the following points in the production.
1. The cutting must be stable, and the cutter must be sharp. Otherwise, the cut plane of the hose is not smooth, the stress is uneven after being put on the iron shell, and it is easy to deform; the hose with antistatic agents such as SN, which is not cut well, and the sleeve difference is not large (such as 4 mm) will also cause the hose to burst. phenomenon. 2. Whether the casing, the iron shell, the cap sleeve and the pressure rod are concentric, whether the tension is uniform during the sleeve, and whether the pressure of the hose machine is stable; the length of the whole pressing time will affect the contact and the The tension and stress are consistent. If manual shock pressure shaping method is used, the operation error will be even greater. According to the statistics of Northwest Five Cotton, the deformation of the rubber hose caused by the poor setting of the whole pressure accounted for about 15% of the total number of deformed rubber rollers.
3. In the order of pressing and grinding, Beijing Sanmian found from practice that after changing “pressing first and then grinding” to “first grinding and then pressing”, the amount of deformation of the rubber roller can be reduced by 72%. Because the rubber rollers that have undergone shock shaping or three-roller rounding machine shaping cannot be constant in the grinding process due to the grinding force, working pressure, temperature and humidity, etc., that is, the forces on the hose cannot be completely consistent. The tension on the iron shell of the hose may cause new unevenness. Conversely, grinding before pressing can promote the elimination of this unevenness.
4. The influence of the grinding rubber roller on the deformation lies in the grinding itself and the grinding technology. After finishing the rubber hose, it is best to use the "length and parallelism detection tool" to check it. In particular, it is necessary to prevent the phenomenon that the outer diameters of the two rubber rollers in the same gear are different. Different pressures will inevitably deform.
5. The impact of Dongguan rubber roller surface treatment on rubber roller deformation, the first is whether the acid solution penetrates or the coating is evenly applied. It is also related to the roundness of the rubber roller itself. The second is that there are many entanglements, which will inevitably cause the rubber roller to deform. Some units are preheated before acid treatment. If the preheating temperature is too high and the time is too long, it will accelerate the stress concentration, fatigue aging and deformation of the rubber molecules on the weak bond site of the rubber roller surface.
6. The larger the sleeve difference, the poorer the elasticity of the hose, and the more easily it is deformed. The uneven stress on the hose when the sleeve is swelled is also large and easily deformed. When Wuxi No. 2 cotton was spun on a good-quality drawframe, the original rubber sleeve had a difference of 3.5 mm and a maximum deformation of 0.20-0.30 mm. After being changed to l mm, the maximum deformation did not exceed 0.1 Mm, the deformation of the rubber roller of the Dobson spinning frame was changed from a small sleeve to a deformation of less than 0.05 mm from 0.17 to 0.18 mm. When the sleeve difference is 4 mm, the deformed rubber roller accounts for about 4%; when the sleeve difference is changed to 3 mm, the deformed rubber roller accounts for about 3%. After the difference is changed to 1 mm hose, the deformed rubber roller only accounts for about 0.5Y0.
However, in the process of promoting small sets or “0” sets, some unit effects are not very significant. This is mainly due to the improper selection of adhesives, especially the bonding process, including the poor cleaning process. The thickness of the coating is uneven, and the size of the adhesive force will also cause the rubber roller to deform easily. Many units report that the new rubber roller is easy to deform, but it is more stable after maturity, which also shows that the uneven force of the rubber roller in the semi-mechanical manufacturing process is a latent factor that causes deformation after use.
