Working principle of tension control system:
Coil stationary magnetic powder clutches and magnetic powder brakes are automatic devices that control the input current and change the output. When the coil is not energized, the input shaft rotates, and the magnetic powder is pressed against the inner wall of the clamp ring under the action of centrifugal force, and the output shaft does not contact the input shaft. At this time, it is idling. When the coil is energized, the magnetic powder generates a magnetic flux under the action of the magnetic lines of force, so that the output shaft and the input shaft become a rigid body and rotate, and slippage occurs when overloaded, which is the working state at this time. So as to achieve the purpose of transmitting torque.

6. In the overload protection, when the working system is in an accident and the torque is overloaded, the clutch will automatically slip to protect the mechanical equipment and motive power.
