The rewinding machine is a kind of special equipment used for paper, film, etc. Its purpose is to rewind the paper rolls (called base paper rolls) produced by the paper machine one by one, and the paper is made into finished paper after rewinding. At present, it has become a development trend in the papermaking machinery industry to use AC drive instead of DC drive for rewinders. The paper roll rolled by the paper reel is relatively soft, and may be damaged or broken inside, the edges on both sides are not neat, and the width of the paper web cannot be directly used in paper processing or printing machines. Most paper types (such as newsprint) , Letterpress printing paper, packaging paper, etc.) must be trimmed, slit, spliced, and re-rolled on the core of the paper roll to form a finished paper roll with a certain specification and certain tightness requirements before leaving the factory. So, how does the daily maintenance of the rewinder need to be done?
[How to do the daily maintenance of the rewinder]
The rewinding machine must be operated by a fixed person, and can be proficient in the boot, bag making procedures, simple instrument debugging, changing parameters, etc.; mechanical instrument debugging personnel must be strict with the manufacturer and be able to master the performance of the instrument. Working procedures, operating modes, working status, common troubleshooting and handling; it is strictly forbidden to operate computer instruments without personnel. The daily maintenance of the rewinder must ensure that the inside and outside of the computer instrument box are clean and dry; regularly check that the wiring terminals are not loose or falling off. Ensure that the circuit and gas path are unblocked.
1. Regularly check the screws of each part of the packaging machine to avoid loosening;
2. Pay attention to the waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and rat-proof of the electrical part of the rewinder. The inside of the electric control box and the wiring terminals must be kept clean to prevent electrical failure;
3. When the rewinder is stopped, the two heat-sealing rollers should be in the open position to prevent scalding the packaging materials;
4. Lubricate the gear meshes of the rewinder, the oil hole of the bearing with a seat and all the moving parts regularly. When adding lubricating oil, please be careful not to drop the oil on the transmission belt to prevent slipping and loss of rotation or belt aging damage;
5. The transmission and moving parts of the newly installed rewinder must be inspected and tightened within one week of use, and oiled for maintenance; thereafter, it must be inspected and maintained regularly every month.
