In the factory condition (test run), when the rated current is applied, the generated torque is much higher than the rated torque. This is because the magnetic powder will deteriorate with the use of time, so the torque setting is too high, the user is requested to reduce the current when using the magnetic powder brake to avoid higher than the rated torque.
Although the torque will drop as the use time increases, if the current is increased, the torque will increase accordingly, so a stable torque can be conveyed. However, when using the magnetic powder brake, do not apply a current higher than the rated value.
Generally, the current-torque characteristic recorded in the product manual is the standard value of the new product at 200r/min. Magnetic powder will deteriorate over time, so the scale characteristics will also change over time. Please correct the change in torque characteristics according to the current.
Although the torque can be easily controlled by current, especially when large machines (torque above 100N·m) rotate at high speed and are used under low current conditions, the torque of the magnetic powder brake is often unstable. Please be aware of this.
It must be noted that when the magnetic powder brake performs ON/OFF (opening and closing) control during high-speed rotation, it takes a long time to reach the specified torque.
The torque fault of each product with similar rated current is about ±10%. The relative scale torque characteristics between products are about ±15% or more. Therefore, when the magnetic powder clutch and the magnetic powder brake are running in parallel, they are initiated to be set to a mode that can independently adjust the current. Because the torque value has hysteresis. Please make it too fine because the current increase or decrease will cause the torque difference.发送反馈历史记录
