Installation Method Of Photoelectric Guide Switch

The photoelectric guide sensor manufacturers indicate that the guide machine is a professional guide device for bag cutting machines and printing machines. It transmits the signal to the guide controller according to the tracking of the electric eye, and the controller outputs the guide signal to the stepper motor at the bottom of the correction machine. The motor drives the bottom of the machine The screw moves to achieve the effect of correcting the deviation! Here are three ways to install the photoelectric switch of the guide machine.

Three installation methods of the photoelectric switch of the rectifier:
1. Double switch unilateral control. The photoelectric head is placed on the side of the material. Keep the edge of the material in the second insensitive area of the photoelectric sensor. Advantages: small control error, the position of the photoelectric head can be unchanged when the material width changes. Disadvantage: If the edge is broken, forced tracking will cause the material to tear. After the material is gone, the actuator will run to the extreme position.

2. Single switch unilateral control. For single-sided single-switch control, the photoelectric head is placed on the side of the material. Keep the edge of the material under the spot of the photoelectric sensor. Advantages: small control error and simple debugging; when the material width changes, the photoelectric head position can be unchanged.

Disadvantages: If the edge is broken, the material will be forcibly tracked and the material will be torn; after the material is gone, the actuator will run to the extreme position; without a balance point, the motor will keep turning.

3. Double switch bilateral control. Use two photoelectric switches, which are placed on both sides of the material, and keep the two photoelectric heads in the same state. Advantages: If the edge of the material is damaged or the material is gone, it will not affect the operation. The photoelectric correction sensor manufacturers believe that the disadvantage is that if the material width changes frequently, the position of the photoelectric head needs to be changed frequently. If the distance between the optical axes of the two photoelectric heads and the material width are not the same, a correction error will occur.
