1. The appearance is bright, the surface of the colloid is fine and smooth, and the gel material and the mandrel are firmly bonded. The size of the rubber roller is strictly controlled, and the size will not change greatly under different temperature and humidity conditions. It can adapt to the high temperature and high humidity environment of the southern printing workshop and the cold and dry climate conditions in the north.
2. Polyurethane rubber roller hardness index is wide, from HSA15 to HSD80, can meet the requirements of rubber roller hardness of different types of printing machines.
3. The colloid for polyurethane rubber roller has sufficient surface viscosity, which can ensure good ink transfer and inking performance of the rubber roller during printing, and its good ink-receptive performance can ensure high-quality printing.
4. Polyurethane rubber roller has good chemical properties and is suitable for various types of inks and printing methods. Special resistance to the solvent components in various inks, fountain solutions, and cleaning agents. Polyurethane rubber rollers are also suitable for UV ink rubber rollers and varnished rubber rollers, etc., especially have good solvent resistance to boiling water, diesel, gasoline, lubricants, kerosene, toluene, alcohol and saline solution. 7. Polyurethane rubber rollers are easy to clean, easy to switch between dark and light color inks, and convenient for color change during printing.
Precautions for use
1. Avoid contact with solvents such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone and strong acids and bases during use.
2. When installing the rubber roller, it should be aligned to a parallel position. The pressure between the rubber roller and the surface of the rubber roller must be uniform.
3. When storing the rubber roller, you must use a special rubber roller holder to ensure that the surface of the rubber roller is not pressed and does not touch any other objects for a long time.
4. The paper wool and ink stains on the surface of the rubber roller must be cleaned with a cleaning solution after daily shutdown.
