Magnetic Powder Brake Installation And Use

1. The magnetic powder brake uses DC power as the excitation power source.

2. The magnetic powder brake drive shaft is horizontally installed; the installation accuracy of the drive shaft and the coupling is H8/f8; it is forbidden to tap the assembly with a hammer; the installation coaxiality of the drive shaft and the shaft to which it is butted is +0.03mm.

3. During the transportation process, the magnetic powder brake often causes the magnetic powder to gather somewhere, and there may be a “catch-up” phenomenon. The brake can be turned over as a whole to loosen the magnetic powder or use a lever to move. In order to prevent the precipitation of magnetic powder during transportation, the magnetic powder brake above CZ-50 is poured out after the test, and the magnetic powder can be gradually injected from the magnetic powder hole during the running-in process.

4. The water-cooled magnetic powder brake is operated after passing through the water, and no water operation is allowed (water pressure 1.5~3kg/cm2). The inlet and outlet pipes should be distributed up and down, the inlet pipe is at the bottom, and the outlet pipe is at the top.

5. The magnetic powder brake does not support the installation method that uses the radial bearing main drive force.

6. Before the magnetic powder brake is used for the first time, it is connected with 30% of the rated current. After running for 10 seconds, the power is turned off and then energized, and repeated several times to ensure the fluidity and uniform distribution of the magnetic powder.

7, magnetic powder brake can not be used beyond the torque, speed, otherwise the magnetic powder life will drop sharply, or powder leakage, stuck.

(5) The connection is smooth and has no impact. The impact at the time of connection is extremely small, and it can be smoothly started and stopped without impact. Moreover, the resistance torque is extremely small and does not cause useless heat.

(6) Suitable for high-frequency operation Respond to agile and fast and special heat dissipation structure, suitable for high-frequency operation.

(7) Lightweight, maintenance-free, long life The type is simple and lightweight, using high-temperature coils and special grease bearings, and wear-resistant special treatment for the armature that is easy to wear, prolonging the service life.
