For such new materials, cutting and processing equipment currently mainly depends on imports. Among them, the controller is its core technology, which is different from ordinary CNC systems, so the cost is too high. The tension sensor and tension amplifier board control, with its multifunctional speed control and high-speed response, are well applied in high-speed wire cutting machines.

The control system of a multi-wire cutting machine is complex, and there are many factors that affect the machining accuracy of the cutting machine, among which the control of the cutting wire tension is particularly important. Too much tension will cause the cutting line to break and cause waste of material; too little tension will cause the cutting machine's machining accuracy to decrease. Controlling the tension of the multi-wire cutting machine routing system is a key technology related to production efficiency and processing accuracy.

Multi-wire cutting technology is a new type of cutting technology. Its principle is to bring the abrasive into the processing area for grinding and cutting through the reciprocating movement of the cutting line. The material can be processed into hundreds or thousands of sheets at one time. Compared with the traditional processing technology, the multi-wire cutting machine has the advantages of high production efficiency and high processing accuracy, and has a strong advantage in the field of hard and brittle material processing. It has gradually replaced the traditional processing technology and become the mainstream semiconductor material processing equipment.


Explain the connection method of tension sensor

Shell type
The tension sensor is connected with a pressure block, and the tension of the coil is measured by a stationary stationary shaft and a moving shaft. A tension sensor is installed at each end of the frame, and the idler roller is supported between the two tension sensors. The clip-on connection makes it easy to install the idler roller when the tension sensor is installed on both ends of the rack. This connection can adjust the misalignment between the idler rollers and the idler rollers after thermal expansion during the operation of the machine. This unique design can also be used on stationary and moving shafts.

In-roller
The in-roller connection is directly embedded into the two ends of the idler roller. Tension sensors are installed on the two ends of the frame, and the idler roller is installed between the two tension sensors. This in-roller connection uses spherical bearings to smooth the rotation of the idler roller and the misalignment between the frames. This connection eliminates the need for idler rollers for shafts and bearings, thereby reducing the cost of the tension detection system.

Wire wheel
This wire wheel type uses a simple stranded application for various materials. When connected to both ends of the rack or stand, the tension sensor measures the tension through the nickel-plated aluminum tension sensor strand.
