1.The web guiding system:

In the tire industry, the ultimate goal of the web guide system is to guide the material offset and ensure that the material is in the right position to meet the needs of the production process. The rectification control system can be applied to various machines such as extrusion linkage, inner liner/film roll, curtain calender, cutting machine and molding machine, but the specific methods and applications are different on each machine. .


1.1 Application on calendering line

The curtain calender is the key equipment in the pre-production process of the tire. The parameters such as the position and width of the material during the calendering process are very high. It is required in key positions such as curtain lining opening, cooling, storage, compounding, and curtain lining. Install a deskew or width measurement system.

In the steel cord rolling process and the fiber cord rolling process, a double CCD centering guide system should be installed in the front and rear positions of the storage rack, and the width value of the material when the storage rack is required is calculated; in the fiber cord rolling process, One or two sets of double CCD centering guiding systems should be installed before and before the oven to accurately control the width and position of the curtain, and a tension control system should be installed before the rolling to prevent the curtain from wrinkling and evenly distribute the cord; The winding station of the calendering process shall be equipped with an infrared fixed edge guide system to correct the position of the cloth and tidy up the curtain.


1.2 Application of inner liner/thin film rolling line

On the inner liner/thin film rolling line, there are mainly applications such as the deflection of the material and the lining at the winding and winding, the correction of the composite, and the measurement of the material width of the production line; wherein the composite can adopt the CCD master-slave web guide control system or Because the material correction accuracy of the composite material is high, and due to the space limitation, the guiding system can correct the deviation of the deviation. It is better to make the material close to the center in the composite, and the pre-web guiding must be added. Guiding of the coiling section is required.


1.3 Application of tread and sidewall extrusion line


In the tread and sidewall extrusion line, PRE correction is mainly used in the guide part of the cloth, and an IR80 infrared single-side guiding system is used to detect the edge of the cloth.


1.4 Application on the cutting machine


Small angle cutting machine


In the small angle cutting machine, the PRE web guiding is mainly applied to the material opening and winding, sometimes according to the process requirements, the curtain needs to be cut into the same or different width, so before the cutting knife, a set needs to be added. The centering guide system ensures that the material is always at the center position. Here, the PRE CCD type correction system is generally used, and the precision can be controlled at about 1 mm.


90 degree cutting machine


In the 90 degree cutting machine, the materials need to be corrected for the material opening, winding and splicing. In the splicing, the precision of the two materials is very high. The PRE generally adopts a master-slave correction system. Taking a piece of material as the active material, only the position is not corrected, and the position of the moving material is referenced by the active material, and the following correction is performed, and the correction accuracy can reach 0.2 mm.


1.5 Application on the molding machine

Side and inner lining


In the process of tire production and molding, due to the high requirements on the composite dimensional accuracy and centering accuracy of the sidewall and inner liner components, a set of centering guides device should be installed before the sidewall and inner liner are combined. In order to ensure the composite size and composite precision of the two rubber parts, infrared centering guiding is generally used here. At the same time, before the above composite parts are attached to the forming drum, a digital sensor guide system is also added to the feeding conveyor to ensure the centering accuracy of the composite parts when they are attached to the forming drum.


Belt


Belt rectification, mainly by digital sensor to detect the position of the belt layer, according to the material width and other parameters to "fix left unilateral → centering → fixed right unilateral" mode to perform rectification, the corrected material in the magnetic conveyor The upper is fixed and then reaches the designated position of the belt forming drum. By using an automatic web guiding system, the belt layer can be automatically and accurately fitted without manual operation, improving production efficiency and product yield.
