The inflatable air shaft is an independent component, and there are many specifications and models, from 1 inch to 12 inches. The expansion shaft can be customized according to actual needs, slitting equipment, coating equipment, bag making equipment and paper making equipment. 6 Inch Multi Bladder Type Air Expanding Shaft & 3 Inch Lug Type Air Expanding Shaft have a long service life and is durable. But in some cases, it may require the replacement of the airbag. The airbag replacement process requires careful and patient operation to ensure that the Air expanding shaft can function properly and provide better protection for your production and work.
Here's a simple airbag replacement process:
The first step is to vent the gas in the system. Before operating the airbag, exhaust all the gases in the system to prevent the airbag from bursting and creating safety hazards.
The second step is to remove the air bag. Lift the key bar on the inflatable shaft, or remove the plates on the surface of the shaft body; Remove the shaft head at the end of the nozzle; Remove the airbag from the shaft and clean it thoroughly.
The third step is to repair or replace the airbag. Check the outside and inside of the airbag for wear, and if there is rupture or wear at the expansion opening, the airbag needs to be replaced. If it is a slight abrasion, you can reapply a layer of self-vulcanizing rubber to the wear and let it dry. If the airbag has a thread, it can be filled with sealant.
The fourth step is to reinstall the replaced airbag back into the inflatable shaft. When installing the airbag back into the expansion shaft, pay attention to the positioning to avoid problems such as rupture of the airbag caused by poor installation.
The fifth step is to reinflate the system. The gas is filled into the bladder and inflated using a pump until the bladder expands to the desired level of capability.
