The torque sensor is mainly composed of a torque shaft of a magnetic powder brake, a magnetic detector, a drum and a housing. The magnetic detector includes two pairs of internal and external gears, permanent magnetic steel and induction coils. The external gear is installed at both ends of the measurement section of the torsion shaft; inside the internal gear drum, opposite to the external gear, permanent magnetic steel is installed in the drum immediately after the internal gear. Permanent magnetic steel, the inner and outer gears form a ring-shaped closed magnetic circuit, and the induction coil is fixed in the two ends of the casing. Driven by the drive motor, the internal gear rotates with the drum.
When the shaft type magnetic powder brake is used for continuous sliding of winding and unwinding, the product life will vary depending on the use conditions (relative sliding speed, etc.). But in general, the life of magnetic powder when the rated torque is reduced in the rated current is about 4500 ~ 7500 hours. However, in some cases, it cannot be used below the rated torque, so it can be used continuously and the life can be extended. However, even with the same sliding work rate, when the sliding rotation speed, that is, the relative rotation speed is continuously high, the life tends to decrease, so it should be set to reduce the relative rotation speed when setting. However, the magnetic powder life of the shaft type magnetic powder clutch when the torque is sinking under the rated current when the continuous slip power is usually used is about 5000 to 8000 hours.
The torque speed sensor is a precision measuring instrument for measuring various torque, speed and mechanical power of magnetic powder brakes. The application range is very wide, mainly used for:

If it is used at rated torque, the shaft magnetic powder brake can be continuously used for sliding, so it can be used for a long time. If the magnetic powder brake can be used under relatively good conditions, it can also extend the life of the magnetic powder. For example, when the utilization is carried out under the condition of 50% allowable continuous slip power, the magnetic powder utilization life of the shaft magnetic powder clutch will relatively reach more than about twice.
