The tension control of the tension controller refers to the ability to permanently control the tension of the tape when it is transported on the equipment. This control must be consistently useful at any speed of the machine, including acceleration, deceleration and uniform speed of the machine. Even under tight parking conditions, it can ensure that the tape does not break a little.
The tension controller operation is not affected by external stimuli, and it can implement stable tension control. However, due to factors such as torque changes, linear changes, and mechanical losses of the transmission equipment, the certainty of this tension control is poor. Closed-loop full-automatic tension control is the direct measurement of the actual tension value of the tape by the tension sensor, and then converts the tension data into a tension signal to reflect back to the tension controller. After this signal is compared with the tension value preset by the controller, the control is calculated Signal, the automatic control of the fulfillment unit will make the actual tension value equal to the preset tension value to achieve the tension intent. It is currently the leading method of tension control. Gravure printing machine tension control is basically divided into three categories: manual tension control, open-loop semi-automatic tension control and closed-loop full-automatic tension control. Manual tension control is that during the winding or unwinding process, when the winding diameter changes to a certain period, the operator adjusts the manual power supply device, and then reaches the intention of controlling the tension. However, the manual tension control system of modern gravure printing presses has been basically screened, and it only exists as an operation form in a closed-loop automatic tension control system. Open-loop semi-automatic tension control, also known as coil diameter detection type tension control, uses the proximity switch installed at the reel to detect the reel's rotation speed, and obtains the initial value of the reel diameter and the thickness of the data, and calculates it by cumulative calculation. The diameter of the winding or unwinding drum at that time, and the corresponding change of the winding diameter outputs a control signal to control the winding torque or the unwinding braking torque, and then adjust the tension controller of the tape. Because each revolution of the reel, the diameter of the reel will be changed by 2 times the thickness of the tape.
