At the center of the plate mandrel, only a small partial pressure is formed, and since the force load acts only on the center of the plate mandrel, there is no torque on the support frame.
The air shaft is evenly stressed: the air shaft is unloaded without removing the entire shaft. After the gas is directly deflated, the material can be removed, because its width is not large, so the natural operation is more convenient. This is also the inflation shaft selected by many machines that are light in weight and small in width. The inflation shaft has a balanced force pressure that allows it to distribute the pressure evenly. The inflation and deflation process of the inflation shaft generally takes about 2 seconds, and the step of placing the coil tube is very simple and practical.
