A. If it is a position that is cracked neatly, it may be caused by stress shrinkage and cracking of the raw materials. It needs to be more expected. If the value of -NCO is not accurate, the ratio is out of balance.

B. In the process of pouring the polyurethane liquid, the temperature of the polyurethane rubber core and the mold is required to be close to the temperature of the polyurethane liquid. When the temperature difference between the three is large, the curing speed of the material will be uneven, resulting in a large internal stress after curing of the polyurethane material, and the strength of the newly cured polyurethane is very low, and the internal stress of the elastomer will be concentrated on the core after demolding. On the bonding surface, the polyurethane rubber roller forms more cracks and partial core removal, and in severe cases, obvious cracks appear. Therefore, the three temperature difference is within 10 degrees Celsius.

C, insufficient curing time. Of course, a specific catalyst can be used to shorten the post-vulcanization time. Generally, the mold can be demolded without post-vulcanization at a temperature of 80 degrees for 3 hours, and does not cause the objectionable bubbles and cracking caused by the use of a general catalyst; Never move the mold to prevent cracking before the mold strength.

D. The internal structure of the polyurethane rubber roller that has just been produced is still unstable and should be placed in the outside for a certain period of time, which can increase the toughness of the colloid and improve the durability. Generally, the storage of polyurethane rubber roller needs to be covered with plastic film after washing, and then the gel is sealed to avoid exposure and heavy pressure.
