The magnetic powder brake does not generate a connection sound such as a friction plate clutch/brake and a brake sound. However, since the magnetic powder clutch and the brake are friction clutches and brakes using electromagnetic powder of electromagnetic force as a medium, frictional noise occurs.
Although it does not affect the use of general machinery, the friction sound becomes large due to the influence of the internal magnetic powder distribution and the like. (Normally, after a trial run, or after a run time, the rubbing sound will disappear.
(1) When using at high altitude, the continuous slip power is allowed to decrease due to the influence of air pressure. Please pay attention. This product is suitable for use under 1000m.
(2) The magnetic powder clutch body may overflow magnetic powder oxidized powder and fine powder, so it cannot be used in a highly dust-proof environment.

If the magnetization affects product motion, it is recommended to use a non-magnetic material for installation, but this problem cannot be completely solved.
