Principle of automatic photoelectric guide: The infrared light/ultrasound/laser/visible light is monitored by the corrector B, and the signal is sent to the controller A. Precautions in the use of photoelectric guide device:
1. Handling and installation: Please do not let the guide device fall from a high place and be subjected to strong collision. Please do not step on and place heavy objects on the correcting device, otherwise it will cause damage and malfunction of the device. The inside of the device cannot enter conductive materials such as metal sheets or A flammable foreign matter such as oil, which may cause fire, damage to the unit, and malfunction.
Please use it in the environment indicated in the instruction manual. Do not place it in a place with high temperature, humidity, dust or corrosive gas to avoid vibration and impact. Otherwise, it may cause electric shock, fire and malfunction. Please install according to the installation method of the instruction manual, otherwise it may be There will be a malfunction. The correction system has no explosion-proof function and is absolutely not suitable for installation where explosion-proof functions are required.
2. Wiring: Wiring and inspection must be done by professional technicians, otherwise it may cause electric shock. The controller must be connected to the ground reliably, otherwise it may cause electric shock. Damage to the cable, unreasonable external pressure, heavy loads and installation in tight spaces are the cause of electric shock. Please connect to the rated voltage power supply, otherwise it will cause fire, damage and malfunction of the device.
3. Commissioning and use: Please do not use wet hands to operate the switch, otherwise it will cause electric shock. Please do not open the case when power is on. Please do not apply power after opening the case. Otherwise, there is danger of electric shock. If there are abnormalities such as abnormal noise, strange noise, and burnt smell, please do not use the device again. Please turn off the power immediately.
The light receiving area and the received light intensity of the photoelectric guide device directly affect the sensitivity of the detection. Therefore, the mirror surface of the sensor should be kept clean and the sensor should be maintained regularly. Turn off the power to the controller during maintenance. If there is dirt on the lens, please wipe it gently with a soft cloth dipped in a small amount of neutral detergent. Do not use a corrosive solution such as Tianna water.
