As the dehydration progresses, the reflection disappears, and a clear boundary line appears in the clean part, which is usually called the water line on the paper machine.
There are many factors that affect the length of the waterline.
Pulp, chemical, paper machine suction box cutting, lip openings, etc., all have an impact on the water line. At the same time, the usage time and cleanliness of the net also affect the waterline.
The instability of the water head on the water line will make the water head's tightness and uniformity worse. If the water supply line is too long, the air consumption will also increase. There are many ways to adjust the waterline. It needs to be tested by practice.
The long waterline is mainly due to the high degree of beating, because the fiber is short and a thick slurry is formed, or the raw material is not good. The second is some technological differences in the online part. Such as pulp pump speed, lip opening, horizontal opening, pulp net speed ratio, mesh selection, single layer rejection rate, etc. Then there are dehydrated elements.
Factors affecting the length of the paper machine water line:
1. In the high-vacuum hygroscopic water tank, the higher the vacuum, the more obvious the dehydration, and the water level line moves forward and shorter; otherwise, the water level line will move backward and become longer.
2. High basis weight, large sizing amount in the flow box, fast speed, dehydration is not timely. Cause the waterline to become longer.
3. On the paper folding machine, the bottom water line should be controlled before the core-bottom composite roller; otherwise, composite damage will occur and the supporting slurry will be shaken. If it is serious, the pulp will run on the core layer tray along with the mesh, affecting production.
The backward movement of the water line indicates that the wet paper has a high water content. In the normal production process, if the horizontal line suddenly moves backward, it means that the page number is high or the degree of pulping is high, indicating that the dehydration is difficult.
Waterline is a skill:
1. It depends on the flow direction of the slurry, longitudinal flow, lateral flow and the distribution of lateral flow.
2. Press 3 to adjust.
3. Adjust the distribution of horizontal absolute dry pulp.
4. Make sure that the water level line is not panting for horizontal adjustment, but the vacuum of the net cannot be too high, otherwise it is the real empty box drawing the water level line instead of adjusting.
