The role of the guiding controller in automated production:
1) Data information caching: Due to the low speed of the I/O machine, the speed of the CPU and running memory is high, so it is necessary to set up the correction controller in the device. At the time of output, the buffer is used to store the server data information that is not stored for the time being, and then the data in the buffer is transferred to the I/O machine at the speed that the I/O machine has. In addition, the application buffer temporarily stores the data pushed from the I/O machine. After receiving a batch of data from the guiding controller, the data information in the buffer transmits the remote data to the server.
2) Error operation: The correction controller can perform error checking on the data information transmitted by the I/O machine. If an unknown error occurs during the transmission, the incorrect check code is set and reported to the CPU, and the CPU retransmits the invalid data. In this way, you can ensure the accuracy of data typing.
3) Data transmission: The correction controller can complete the data transmission between the CPU and the controller. During data transfer, the CPU loads data information to or from the controller according to the system bus. When the data is checked, the machine enters the data information into the correction controller and transmits it to the machine. To ensure that the information is delivered correctly, the register address is set in the controller.
4) Situation description: The correction controller can identify and report the situation of the machine and equipment, and provide it to the CPU for processing. For example, when the machine is ready to push a signal, the CPU starts the controller and fetches data from the machine. In order to be able to reflect the special situation of the machine through the correction controller, a state memory should be set in the controller, and when the CPU loads the contents of the memory, the situation of the machine and equipment can be grasped through the memory.
5) Accept and identify instructions: The CPU can send a variety of different instructions to the correction controller, and when the instructions are received, the correction controller can recognize these instructions. Therefore, in order to better provide running services for the CPU, the deviation correction controller needs to complete the storage of instructions and parameters by memory, and encode and decode the instructions on this basis.

 

Characteristics of the guiding controller:
1) Automatic speed change, which can automatically adjust the speed with the error size of the material parts, and the stability is better.
2) Infrared high-sensitivity photoelectric eye, accuracy 0.05mm. It can distinguish 2 layers of film, and can also do special border inspection.
3) Any material such as paper, cloth, rubber and plastic, fine mesh, metal... All can be detected and controlled.
4) Any color such as dark black, mirror reflective, transparent film... and other volumes can be easily detected and detected.
5) DC servo-electric type, large thrust and fast response.
6) It can be used to make a special opposite edge on the inner edge of the roll (generally only the outer edge can be corrected).

 

The working steps of the guiding controller:
1) The first step: fix the web material that needs to be corrected in the designated position of the correction machine as required, and connect it with the bag cutting machine or printing machine as required.
2) Step 2: Connect the power supply cable of the correction controller to the three-phase electric plug-in board, open the main power switch and electric eye switch of the correction controller, and check whether the panel of the correction controller and the electric eye lamp are displayed normally.
3) Adjust the position of the electric eye, the left and right correction buttons, the correction speed, the tension size, and the single and double correction adjustment to single channel correction according to the actual requirements of the correction.
4) Speed adjustment range of the correction controller: 0~10, the smaller the value, the faster the correction speed, it is generally recommended to adjust the correction speed to 3.
5) Tension controller: It is recommended to adjust it to 0.25KG.
6) Adjustment of left and right correction: according to the actual needs of correction; Correct the left side and adjust it to the left; Correct the right side and turn it to right.
7) Note: Before adjusting any button by the guide controller, please press the switch button first.

 

Daily maintenance and requirements of the guiding controller:
1) In order to ensure that the deviation correction controller is always in good technical condition and can be put into use at any time, reduce downtime, improve mechanical integrity and utilization, reduce mechanical wear, prolong service life, reduce mechanical operation and maintenance costs, and ensure safe production, it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance of mechanical equipment.
2) The maintenance of the correction controller must implement the principle of "emphasizing maintenance and prevention first", regularly and compulsorily maintain, and correctly handle the relationship between use, maintenance and repair. It is not allowed to only use and not raise, only repair but not raise.
3) All operators must do a good job of maintaining all types of machinery in accordance with machinery maintenance regulations and maintenance categories. In exceptional cases, maintenance can only be postponed with the approval of the person in charge of the project, but generally not more than half of the specified maintenance interval.
4) The maintenance of the correction controller should ensure the quality and be carried out item by item according to the specified items and requirements. Maintenance items, maintenance quality, and problems found during maintenance should be documented and reported to the department's dedicated personnel.
5) The maintenance personnel and maintenance department should achieve "three inspections and one delivery", constantly summarize the maintenance experience, and improve the quality of maintenance.

 

Introduction to the safety precautions for the use of the guiding controller:
1) Do not open the case when the case is energized, and please do not power on the case after opening the case, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.
2) Do not disassemble or modify this device, otherwise fire, malfunction and malfunction may occur.
3) The guiding controller must be grounded, otherwise it may cause electric shock.
4) This device does not have explosion-proof function, and this machine is definitely not suitable for installation in occasions where it must have explosion-proof function to use.
5) Do not place it in a place with high temperature, humidity, dust, and corrosive gases in the environment indicated in this manual, and avoid vibration and impact, otherwise it is easy to cause electric shock, fire and failure.
6) Conductive substances such as metal sheets or flammable foreign substances such as engine oil should not enter the inside of the correction machine, otherwise it will cause fire, damage and malfunction of the device.
