In order to ensure the smooth progress of the safety chuck debugging, before the system commissioning, according to the requirements of the system design requirements, carefully check the design requirements and drawings of the system and equipment to carry out various inspections. Eliminate all kinds of problems in the installation and manufacturing process of the equipment as much as possible, and correct the unreasonable and incorrect factors that may exist in the process of installation and connection of the control system.
Safety chuck folding equipment inspection
The basic condition check of the equipment usually includes the following contents:
1. Mechanical parts inspection
1 Are the mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of the equipment already installed? Are the working conditions of the equipment consistent with the operational requirements?
2 Are the movable parts of the equipment freely movable? Is the stop position of the movable parts appropriate?
3 Is the device's various detection switches and sensors reliable? Is the position adjustment suitable? Has it been reliably installed and fixed?
Safety chuck folding external condition check
1 Does the incoming line voltage, frequency, grounding wire and grounding resistance of the equipment meet the equipment requirements?
2 Whether the working environment (temperature, humidity, etc.) of the equipment meets the working conditions of the PLC. Are the installation positions of electrical cabinets, consoles, etc. exposed to direct sunlight?
3 Is there any strong vibration or other strong electromagnetic interference equipment around the equipment? If so, has the equipment been effectively damped, electromagnetically shielded and protected?
4 Is there enough maintenance space around the equipment?
(2) Electrical inspection
1. Component installation inspection
1 Is the electrical cabinet installed, fixed, and sealed properly? Is it effective to prevent cutting fluid or powder from entering the cabinet? Is the air filter (if installed) clean?
2 Is the internal fan, heat exchanger and other components electrically disconnected? Is the dust cover (dustproof paper) on the PLC removed?
3Whether the PLC module inside the electrical cabinet, the surface of other control devices, or the internals of the wired head, screws, dust, metal powder, etc. enter?
4 Is the number of modules and components of the control system complete? Is the installation of modules and components firm and reliable?
6 Is the button on the system operation panel damaged? Is the installation reliable? Is the setting position correct?
7 Has the noise suppressor for electromagnetic components such as relays, electromagnets, and motors been installed as required?
