The main reasons are: loose ingots with high hydrogen content in the ingots; dirty east surfaces on the indented surface of the ingots, which have not been cleaned before the furnace is installed; after etching, the ingots and cladding surfaces have traces of corrosion and washing; Too long or too high temperature, oxidation of ingot surface and so on.
Scratches on the surface of the cloth guide roller are generally unrelated to the manufacturing process and are often artificial. Careless lifting can easily cause scratches on the cloth guide rollers; collision with hardness can cause scratches; when rolled, the skewed belt plate is straightened to cause relative friction between the belt plate and the cloth guide rollers, resulting in scratches.
