4) When the roll core or roll wall thickness used in the product is thin or of poor quality and easy to deform.

The diameter of the slatted inflatable shaft should be large in the middle and small at both ends, which is convenient for the parts on the shaft to be flexibly disassembled and assembled, and the transition part of the shaft end and the journal and the shaft shoulder should have chamfering or excessive rounding, which is conducive to the assembly of the parts on the shaft, can avoid scratches to match the surface, and can also better reduce the concentration of stress.

The following points need to be paid attention to when using and maintaining the slatted air pressure shaft:
1) It is necessary to keep the air pressure in the air pressure shaft continuous and sufficient;
2) Keep the surface of the pneumatic shaft clean to prevent deformation of the inflatable shaft caused by deformation of debris stuck in the outer pressure plate and affect the use effect;
3) The inflatable shaft must be placed horizontally when not in use, and should not be suspended or erected, so as to avoid the deformation of the external pressure plate caused by collision;
4) Because the outer pressure plate is made of aluminum alloy, it should not be knocked with heavy objects when used to prevent deformation.
5) When winding or unwinding, if there are parts at both ends that are not covered by the core, the empty core should be applied to cover the vacant part;
6) When using the inflatable shaft, you must pay attention to the fact that there can be no debris, iron slag, etc. into the inflatable shaft, otherwise the airbag will be punctured.
7) The load of the material should not be too heavy, if it is too heavy, the shaft head will be bent. If the material is very heavy and requires a forklift or crane to load and unload, pay attention to the control switch.

1) The inflatable shaft is a specially customized winding and unwinding shaft, which is inflated and expanded to tighten the paper tube/roll; Therefore, it should be noted that when the inflatable shaft is installed, the air valve should face outwards to facilitate inflation and deflation.
2) Since the inflatable shaft style has a biaxial type, there is also a cantilever type (the installation method of the cantilever inflatable shaft is to fix the shaft head on the mounting plate, and the bearing can be rotated to collect and unwind), in addition, it can also be installed by the customer according to the equipment, so there are many ways to install the inflatable shaft.
3) When the shaft head method of simple locking of the inflatable shaft is adopted, it can be fixed with the shaft seat and the opening can be locked with screws.

When customizing the inflatable shaft, the user needs to specify the type, dimensions, and valve position of the inflatable shaft, and mark the tolerances of important dimensions on the shaft head. If the air is inlet in the axial direction, the outer diameter of the axle head should be greater than 35mm when the valve is installed.
