When the air pressure inflates the airbag, the outer diameter of the inflatable shaft length key bar expands, and the inner diameter of the paper tube is jammed.
2) The main body material can be steel or aluminum, and the key bar material can be rubber, aluminum or polyurethane. According to the special requirements of the user, other materials are optional.
3) The steel shaft head is produced according to the customer's drawings to meet any special requirements.
4) The airbag and the long key strip can be easily replaced, the surface repair and replacement is easy, just simply loosen the pressure strip at both ends, take out the key strip, you can easily replace the airbag, high efficiency, without having to disassemble the shaft head.

The working principle of the through-key inflatable shaft: the outer diameter of the shaft is changed by the principle of air compression, and then it is closely combined with the coiled tube, which facilitates the sending and winding of the whole coil of materials, and promotes the reasonable, simple, accurate and automatic operation on the production line; When the air is injected into the internal expansion, the parts in the shaft body are expanded and extruded, which turns into the outer diameter of the shaft body to increase, so that the coil tube is fully wide and accurately fixed on the shaft body. When the internal air is released, the expansion extruded parts are retracted, and the shaft can be easily removed.

Installation steps for the through-key inflatable shaft:
1) Select special glass glue on the airbag joint at the inflatable end for modification, and put the airbag on the airbag joint.
2) Then tie the airbag to the joint with a wire with a diameter of 1-1.5mm (make sure that the bundle is firm to avoid air leakage). The airbag clamping sleeve is inserted at the tail end of the airbag, and special glass glue is applied on the tensioning head. Pump the tension head into the airbag. The airbag rests for a period of time and waits for the glass glue to cure.
3) Install the inflator nozzle to the inflatable end. Fill the airbag with compressed air by aligning it with the inflator nozzle. Note that the airbag is not bound by external pressure at the moment, and do not over-inflate; In case of damage to the airbag. Put the inflatable end and the airbag into the water phase to observe whether the inflator and the airbag are leaking. After confirming that the inflator and airbag are properly sealed, the inflatable shaft can be installed.
4) Apply anaerobic glue to the touch surface of the fixed end and the aluminum alloy roller, and then align the end with the positioning hole of the aluminum alloy roller. The fixed end and the inflatable end have steel grades at the joint of the aluminum alloy roller, be careful not to install the two ends incorrectly, and then press the fixed end into the aluminum alloy roller.
5) Install the positioning sleeve, tighten the positioning screws, and tighten the hexagon screws in the countersunk. After the anaerobic glue is coated on the contact surface of the inflatable end and the aluminum alloy guide roller, it is loaded into the aluminum alloy roller together with the air bag, the positioning sleeve and the positioning screw are installed, and the hexagon screw of the countersunk head is tightened.
