The working principle of the inflatable sleeve clamp:

3) Proper installation: Before putting the workpiece into the inflatable chuck, you need to make sure that the surface of the workpiece is flat and free of burrs or impurities. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the inflatable chuck is installed correctly, and the components are firmly connected and will not be loose or fall off.
4) Moderate clamping: During the operation, the workpiece needs to be clamped moderately, not too tight or too loose. Too tight may cause damage to the inflatable chuck, and too loose will not guarantee the clamping effect. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust according to the actual situation to ensure that the clamping force is moderate.
5) Regular inspection and maintenance: The inflatable chuck needs to be inspected and maintained regularly, including checking the wear and tear of seals, airbags, splints and other components, and replacing damaged or worn parts in time. At the same time, the inflatable chuck needs to be lubricated and maintained to prolong its service life.

 

Choose the number of inflatable shaft adapters according to the length of the inflatable shaft:
If the inflatable shaft is relatively short below 500-600 mm, one shaft can be equipped with one, if the inflatable shaft reaches 1 meter or 2 meters, it is best to match two or three clamps on one shaft.
