Application and working principle of magnetic powder clutch brake on textile machinery parallel shaft machine:

The magnetic powder clutch is formed by combining the transmission unit (input shaft) and the driven unit (output shaft). When the magnetic coil is not conductive, the torque will not be transmitted from the drive shaft to the driven shaft, but if the coil is electromagnetically energized, it will attract magnetic powder due to the action of magnetic force to produce hardening phenomenon, and the torque will be transmitted between successive slides.
