Definition of magnetic particle clutch:
Magnetic particle clutch is also known as electromagnetic powder clutch, magnetic powder clutch.

The principle of magnetic particle clutch:
1. The excitation current is linearly related to the torque.

Therefore, the amount of torque can be easily controlled by changing the amount of excitation current. Under normal circumstances, in the range of 5% to 100% of the rated torque, the excitation current is linearly proportional to the torque it conveys.

When the excitation current is kept constant, the torque conveyed is not affected by the difference in speed between the drive and the follower, i.e., there is no difference between the static torque and the dynamic torque. Therefore, a constant torque can be transmitted stably. If this characteristic is applied to tension control, the user only needs to adjust the magnitude of the excitation current to accurately control and convey the required torque, thus easily and effectively achieving the purpose of controlling the tension of the rolled material.
3.Scope of application of magnetic particle clutches
