Common Breakdown And Treatment Of The Web Guiding System

The significance of the guiding system to the rewinding and unwinding industry:
Due to the limitation of equipment production and installation accuracy, the uniformity of the coil itself is limited, and the coil will produce coil deviation phenomenon when winding or unwinding, if measures are not taken in time, this deviation will become more and more serious, affecting the neatness and beauty of the coil after winding, and even affecting the quality of the coil (wrinkles, etc.), the corrector is to use photoelectric or airflow sensors to sense the coil deviation in time, and quickly control the winding mechanism to inhibit the coil deviation, so as to ensure that the winding always remains neat and beautiful.

 

How the web guiding system works:
If the position of the material is offset, the sensor signal is transmitted back to the controller (return sensor number), and the controller determines the offset direction and degree of deviation of the material according to the received signal, and controls the thruster to promote the correction device to rotate, so as to correct the deviation of the material (control correction)

 

Areas of application of the web guiding system:
The guiding system is a new type of guiding system for light industrial automation. It is suitable for various occasions that need to be controlled by transverse correction of strip materials, and can be matched with slitting machines, bag making machines, laminating machines, coating machines, paper machines, printing machines, textile and building materials machinery that need to be controlled by guiding deviations.

 

Deviations need to be avoided when installing the trainer:
1) The corrector should pay great attention to avoid the installation deviation generated in the installation, the upper tightening gland should be carried out after the coupling is aligned, the bolt should be evenly supported to prevent the end face of the gland from being deviated, and check each point with a feeler gauge, and the error is not more than 0.05 mm. Check the fitting clearance (i.e., concentricity) between the gland and the outer diameter of the shaft or bushing, and the surrounding area should be uniform, and the tolerance of each point should be checked with a feeler gauge not more than 0.01 mm.
2) The compression of the spring installed by the corrector should be carried out according to the regulations, and it is not allowed to be too large or too small, and the error is required to be 2.00 mm. If it is too large, it will increase the specific pressure of the end face, and the end face will wear at another speed. Too small will cause insufficient specific pressure to play a sealing role. After the moving ring is installed, the mustache ensures that it can move flexibly on the shaft, and the moving ring should automatically spring back after pressing it towards the spring.

 

Preparation for using the trainer:
1) What preparations should we make before the trainer works?
a. Carefully check whether the power switch and the indicator light of the correction control system are normal.
b. Check whether the indicator light of the electric eye is normal, and the matching sensitivity of the electric eye and the motor.
c. Whether the magnetic particle brake can be braked in time.
d. Lubricating oil is added to the gear contact position (recommended: engine oil) to maintain the lubrication between the wheels and reduce mechanical wear to ensure the precision of deviation correction.
2) Preparation of the trainer work:
a. Pay attention to whether there is any abnormality in the indicator light of the panel of the correction control system.
b. Whether there is any abnormality in the coordination between the electric eye, the control system and the motor.
c. Listen to the sound, whether there is noise or excessive noise in the mechanical part.
d. Whether the temperature of the motor is too high. Generally around 40 degrees is normal.
3) After the corrector works, it should be noted:
a. Turn off all power supplies to avoid the correction machine being in standby mode at any time.
b. Close the protective cover of the deviation correction control device to avoid foreign objects hitting the control device or damaging the control panel.
c. Add a protective device to the electric eye to protect the electric eye from being damaged by foreign objects.
d. Fill the bearings and screw rods of the motor with lubricating oil.
e. Fill lubricant for gears and magnetic powder brakes.

 

Common faults and treatment methods of the correction system:
1) The electric eye of the correction system does not track, that is, the film is uneven and untidy.
Solution:
a. If the sensitivity of the electric eye is reduced, or dust blocks the lens, please clean the electric eye or replace the electric eye.
b. The sensitivity of the system is not enough, under normal circumstances, the film should be shaken at the electric eye, and then the sensitivity adjustment knob on the control box should be adjusted to make it in the best state when it is just to shake and not move.
2) The guiding system cannot track some colors.
Solution: Under normal circumstances, LED blue, white, red, etc. have color bias phenomena, and generally do not know the true color, that is, the blue light has the worst blue color recognition, and the yellow light is more difficult to identify the white. At this time, please press and hold the SET button for three seconds and let go to let the photoelectric eye automatically adjust the light source or adjust the sensitivity knob of the control box to increase the sensitivity.
3) The control box of the correction system controls the actuator only to one side and cannot come back.
Solution: This phenomenon is generally the damage of the power tube of the control box, check the method: use the manual way to see whether the actuator only goes to one side, if the manual only goes to one side, you need to replace the high-power tube. If you can walk on both sides manually, but only go to one side after the electric eye is connected, the electric eye is broken or the control box is in the wrong direction, replace the electric eye or adjust the control box again (it is recommended to send it back for repair).
4) The deviation correction system cannot be balanced.
Solution: Adjust the balance potentiometer for multiple turns (5 turns) of the potentiometer, if the direction is wrong, it will never be adjusted to balance. or two potentiometers are broken. (If the imbalance cannot be adjusted in the opposite direction, it is recommended to send it back for repair).

 

The composition structure of the deviation correction device:
A web guide generally consists of three main components: a sensor, a drive, and a controller. The sensor is used to detect the exact position of the material, the driver is used to drive the mechanical structure and control the position of the material, and the control box is used to analyze and process the signals of the sensor and the driver.

 

Basic classification of guiding systems:
According to the different detection and control methods, the correction system can generally be divided into three types: EPC edge correction, LPC line correction, and CPC alignment correction. Among them, the EPC correction system is on the edge, on the edge correction, CPC is the center of the correction, this is the correction of the middle of the baseline, CPC is used very little, only the overall material width is inconsistent in the case of back use, that is, a roll of material is wide in some places, and some places are very narrow, it will be used, and most of them use the EPC correction system.
