2) Check if there is any damage or defect between the inflatable shaft and the bushing. If so, it needs to be replaced in time. And when replacing an inflatable shaft or bushing, make sure they are a perfect fit, durable, and code-compliant.
3) Soak the shaft in water and check for air bubbles on the shaft body. If air bubbles appear on the surface of the shaft, it indicates a leak in the inflatable shaft. In this case, the shaft body needs to be replaced.
4) Make sure there is sufficient lubrication between the inflatable shaft and the bushing. The right amount of lubricant can help reduce friction and extend the life of an inflatable shaft.
5) Regular maintenance of the inflatable shaft is the best way to prevent insufficient inflation pressure at the tip of the inflatable shaft lug. After each use, wipe the inflatable shaft clean and keep it properly to avoid hard objects and dust from entering the inflatable shaft.
6) Check whether the air pressure is too low or unstable.

1) When installing the air expansion shaft, it is necessary to make sure that the compressor that controls the gas pressure is in a stable state, and the filter is directly installed between the compressor and the expansion shaft to prevent impurities from blocking the air pipe and causing air leakage.

3) When venting exhaust gas from a key key type inflatable shaft (inflatable shaft of the key lever), a standard exhaust port must be used. The use of sharp hammers and other tools is prohibited. Avoid causing air leakage;
4) Install pressure gauge and pressure control device, and the pressure must be controlled within the range of 3-8kg/cm;
5) When replacing the valve of the convex key inflatable shaft (main rod inflatable shaft), a socket wrench must be used. If an internal failure occurs, it needs to be disassembled and repaired, please consult professional maintenance personnel, do not disassemble, so as not to cause unnecessary losses;
6) The convex key inflatable shaft (key rod inflatable shaft) should be placed carefully to avoid damaging the air valve.
