Assembly of magnetic particle clutch:

2) Please use the magnetic particle clutch with the high-speed rotating end as the input terminal in the normal installation state.

2) The installation of the magnetic particle clutch should be kept away from the fuel tank, water tank or the place where the air is too humid, or take effective measures to avoid the performance of the magnetic particle from being affected by moisture.
3) The newly installed magnetic particle clutch, in order to make the magnetic powder uniform and stable performance, should be domesticated and operated first.
4) If the magnetic particle clutch is not used temporarily, it should be stored in a dry warehouse with air circulation, and should not be stored in the same room with corrosive materials such as acid and alkali.

 

Causes and treatment methods of magnetic particle clutch "stuck":
Cause:
1) Due to the transportation process or the placement time is too long, the magnetic powder filled between the two groups of units is scattered on one side, and the excitation is not done before starting, resulting in stuck.
2) Due to the low manufacturing accuracy of the product, the concentricity of the rotor is not enough, resulting in uneven output torque or stuck.
3) Excessive encapsulation of magnetic particles during the production process.
4) Caused by the use of inferior magnetic particles.
Solution:
1) Before the formal operation or after the device is moved, it must be operated evenly before the formal operation.
