The air expansion shaft, also known as the inflatable roller, is a common winding and unwinding shaft in paper, coating, printing and other industries. 1) Keybar inflatable shaft: The surface of the inflatable shaft is regularly distributed with long slots, and the keybar is fixed on the inner pressure plate through the card slot. It is suitable for mechanical winding to carry heavier items.
2) Slatted inflatable shaft: the surface of the inflatable shaft is regularly distributed with round holes, and the outer pressure plate is fixed on the inner pressure plate through nails and support. It is suitable for machinery with high winding precision or items with light winding.

The specifications and standard dimensions of the 3" vane type (tile type) inflatable shaft are as follows:
1) Diameter: 84mm.
2) Length: can be customized according to actual needs.
3) Unilateral expansion height after inflation: up to 5mm to 6mm. For example, the diameter is 74 mm to 75 mm before expansion and 79 mm to 82 mm after expansion.
4) Special swelling height: need to be requested.
5) Usually use coil inner diameter: 76mm.

2) flatulence diameter, this is determined by the size of the paper tube of the material, such as the 3-inch inflatable shaft we commonly use, the diameter before the flatulence is 74mm, suitable for about 76.2 paper tubes, the diameter of the inflatable shaft is based on the inner diameter of the paper tube to leave 2-3mm margin is the best, too large margin will appear to rise tightly, shaking, slipping and other problems
