How to install the safety chuck?
Before installing the safety chuck, the safety chuck must be loaded into the lock nut, and then the lock nut equipped with the safety chuck must be gently screwed on the tool holder, adapter or spindle;
Note that before installing the safety chuck, it is important to clean the safety chuck, the threaded part of the lock nut, the locating surface and the cone surface, the purpose of this is to achieve better performance. During installation, the chuck and the lock nut must be tilted at a certain angle, and then gently placed into the lock slot of the lock nut.
Note: When installing and lubricating the chuck, be sure to turn off the power supply to ensure safety; when the spindle rotates, do not operate the switching valve; before the safety door is closed, do not start the spindle switch to avoid the workpiece flying out; the number of rotations of the chuck should be selected according to the cutting conditions to avoid the workpiece flying out, and do not exceed the maximum allowable limit.
